Account details (name, email), billing metadata, and the media you upload for processing. We store operational logs for security and debugging.

Your media

Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to produce your output, and automatically deleted after the retention period for your plan. We never sell or train on your media.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for sign-in and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Sub-processors

We use EU-based infrastructure providers for compute and storage. A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your account data at any time by contacting support. We honour applicable data-protection rights.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Media is purged per your plan's retention window.
