Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Framelift you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you accept them for that organisation.

2. The service

Framelift provides cloud-based media enhancement. We may add, change or remove features over time. Processing allowances are defined by your plan.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to media you upload. You grant us a limited licence solely to process and deliver your files. We do not use customer media to train models.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have the rights to, or use the service to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or attempt to disrupt it.

5. Billing

Paid plans renew monthly. Overage is billed per gigabyte. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the status page.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Framelift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
